A client of ours since 2023, Star Body Works was ready for a new campaign that brough fresh energy to their marketing messaging. So we spent time carefully considering what made Star Body Works stand out amongst the dozens of other body shops in Southern Oregon. After a couple of weeks of consolidating, consulting with the client, and refining, we boiled it down to five key strengths that we called the 5-Star Promise. Star Body Work is:

- Driver-trusted
With the 5-Star Promise as the central theme, we created 19 videos in different lengths tailored to various geographic markets for both TV and digital ads. We also designed printed materials, including large lobby posters explaining each of the five promises, and Thank You postcards where customers could share their experiences and pin them to bulletin boards in Star lobbies. Finally, we built a new landing page on Star’s website dedicated to outlining the five promises.
